How to change the service account password in MOSS

Hello Freinds,

We have Sharepoint installation. We are using single account as the service accoutn for Sharepoint 2007.

One of the employee has left the organisation, and now management wants to change most of the admin passwords.

I want know what is the best way to change the Sharepoint Service account passwords?
