I am 11 weeks pregnant. This is my second pregnancy and I'm finding it extremely difficult. I'm exhausted all the time and I find myself getting depressed. My husband works a lot, so I don't get to see him much and I already have a 2 year old. I have extreme back pain and it keeps me from sleeping and doing normal activities.
The doctor told me there is nothing I can do about it besides exercise and ice and heat, which I use daily and it doesn't seem to help. I'm so miserable and I'm nervous about taking care of a newborn with my 2 year old already. How do women do this? What can I do to feel better and not be so depressed and in pain all the time? Advice please!!
