On the onset I write this to bring to notice to millions of people about my traumatic experience with Snapdeal about a chair which was ordered via Snapdeal and after assembling that the back rest was broken. This is clear case of bad quality check from Snapdeal.
Luckily I was not injured but the traumatic experience of speaking to your customer service team and the not so great service offered has really made me furious.
When I requested for a reverse order the pickup guy didn't take it back saying it wasn’t packed which is quite a difficult task I must admit as the chair came in a plastic sack which had to be torn open and couldn’t have been reused in any which way.
For last two weeks, I am calling Snapdeal customer service team which has again taken me by surprise by asking me to repack in the same sack but no one has shown up till now to pick the damage chair.
Frustrating It may sound to you but horrible experience I had and the amount of time spent for getting this off my office has really made my experience a bitter one.
What I would like to mention is that though the product is small in terms of amount and we might not fit into the category of a big client to you but certainly this is not the way you treat your customer.
It is more than two weeks and the chair is still not picked up and my money is not refunded. I am a regular online shopper and would never recommend Snapdeal to anybody. If people and senior leadership wants to make sure that their customers brings return business to them then they should learn customer service from Amazon India.
Irrespective of what happens next, I am going to put my experience on all the available social media so that people are not fooled by Snapdeal.
Facebook, Twitter, NDTV, CNN, and Consumer Forum here I come to spread my horrible experience with Snapdeal
