To resolve (Click Back to reset the CRM installation check) you will need to add the service account you have created to the Performance Log Users group. Please follow below steps on the machine where you are installing CRM and NOT on the AD.
- From windows, go to: Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management
- Select System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Groups
- Select the Performance Log Users. Then right-click on Performance Log Users and select Add to Group
- Click Add and select your service account
- Click OK to complete
